Welcome!
The Master, Wardens and Brethren of Natural Bridge Lodge No. 106 would like to thank you for visiting our site!
Ok, so it’s time for an update.
Energy! Our Lodge is alive and full of energy! I am glad to report that, at our 180th Annual Grand Communication of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of Florida, the Grand Secretary gave a good report on the status of our Lodge. While for many years our Lodge as struggled with membership, we are growing! Bringing in new brethren with a new love and zeal for the Craft! We are supported by knowledgeable brethren who have carried our Lodge, some for over 50 years!
Energy is simply defined as the ability to do work. With that definition coupled with Mark Twain’s quote, “A man without energy is nothing. Nothing at all” our Craft is charged with a new direction. What is our new direction? While the ceremonies of our Order are secret, and for a good cause, the fact that we are Freemasons is not! Since time and memorial our Fraternity has obligated itself to aid and assist all human creatures. The proof of this can be found all around you. From the Masonic Medical Research Lab to our Masonic Home in St. Petersburg, the Child ID Program, Masonic Youth Orders for young men and young ladies, and the Shriners Hospitals we are making a difference every day in the lives of many often absorbing the cost. Each of these programs are funded by donations and information is always available should you ever find yourself curious about them.
We are proud to announce that we will be participating in the Mark Twain Masonic Awareness Award this year. Information on this award can be found at the Masonic Service Association web site.
Should you be interested in joining our Fraternity or one of its Allied Bodies please feel free to email us by clicking here or consult the Grand Lodge website for more information.
We would like to give a huge thanks to Robert Nelson, the owner of I Fix Computers located in DeFuniak Springs, for hosting our website!
